条形码申请程序

1、申请人可到所在地的编码分支机构办理申请厂商识别代码手续，并提供企业法人营业执照或营业执照及其复印件三套。（分别由中国物品编码中.心、申请人所在地的编码分支机构和申请人所在企业内部存档保留）

The applicant may go through the formalities of applying for the identification code of the manufacturer at the coding branch of the place where it is located, and provide the business license or business license of the enterprise as a legal person and its photocopies.(archived and retained by the China goods coding Center, the coding branch where the applicant is located and the enterprise in which the applicant is located)

2、填写《中国商品条码系统成员注册登记表》，可直接在 ANCC 在线填写注册登记表。（备注：如在网上填写申请表还需打印、盖章、然后提交到当地编码分支机构）

Fill in "China Commodity Bar Code system member Registration form", you can directly fill in the registration form online at ANCC. (note: if you fill in the application form online, you need to print, seal, and then submit it to the local coding branch)

3、集团公司请填集团公司下属分公司基本信息表。

Please fill in the basic information form of the subsidiary company of the group company.

4、申请人的申请资料经所在地的编码分支机构初审后，符合条件的资料，由编码分支机构签署意见并报送到中国物品编码中.心（以下简称编码中.心）审批。

After the application materials of the applicant have been initially examined by the coding branch of the place where they are located, the materials that meet the requirements shall be signed by the coding branch and submitted to the China goods coding Center (hereinafter referred to as the coding Center) for examination and approval.

5、编码中.心收到初审合格的申请资料及申请人交纳的费用（见表一）后，对确实符合规定要求的，编码中.心向申请人核准注册厂商识别代码，完成审批程序。

After receiving the application materials qualified for the first examination and the fees paid by the applicant (see Table 1), the coding center shall, if it does meet the prescribed requirements, approve the identification code of the registered manufacturer to the applicant and complete the examination and approval procedure.

6、申请单位收到中国商品条码系统成员证书，申请结束。

The applicant receives the certificate of membership of the Chinese commodity bar code system, and the application is closed.
